Camp Hale Permanent Endowment Fund

The CHAA Finance Committee is comprised of Chris Attles - Committee Chair, Peter Thompson and Kern Tyler. Chris is President and Treasurer of Demers Bros Trucking. Peter is a Director at BlackRock Financial. Kern, after working in the financial industry for a number of years, is currently pursuing an MBA.

While Boston Private Bank and Trust is responsible for the investment management of CHAA's Permanent Endowment Fund, the CHAA Finance Committee oversees the Fund.

The scope of the Committee's responsibilities include the following:
- Monitoring performance
- Monitoring fees
- Development and annual review of Investment Policy Statement
"IPS"(8/06)
- Verifying that investment management complies with IPS
- Effecting transactions in a timely manner and in accordance to CHAA's Fiduciary Policy (Amended 12/05)
- Reporting to CHAA Board of Directors and membership
