IMPORTANT: To avoid paying the website processing fee and tip during the online payment process please uncheck the box that says "I want to cover fees" and change the tip amount from 15% to 0%.

You cannot attend Alumni Weekend if you are not a dues paying Alumni member.

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY TO AVOID EXTRA CHARGES
All guests attending Alumni Weekend must complete their own individual registration form and confirm on the form that they have reviewed and agree to the Hold Harmless Agreement.

Please make sure to pay your dues if you have not already paid for 2026. Your Registration will not be valid if you are not a dues paying Alumni member. This is a Members Only event.

The fee for the weekend is $300, not including $75 Dues. If you can only stay for a day (24 hours) The fee is $100 plus $75 Dues.

If you show up at Camp without pre-registering, or pre-paying, a $100 charge will be added.

The earliest guests can arrive at camp is Thursday, September 10 at 2:00pm. Please consider carpooling as parking is very limited. Please do not park along the side of the roads or next to the cabins.
Please pay annual membership dues and review the Code of Ethics Policy before Alumni Weekend.
Please bring an item(s) for this year's CHAA auction which will be held the night of Saturday, September 12.
If you have any allergies, food restrictions, or accessibility needs please let us know prior to the weekend.
Bunks are available on a first come first served basis. You are welcome to bring an air mattress if you have specific sleeping preferences or are not able to sleep on a top bunk. There is no de-bunking the beds.
Dogs and other animals are not allowed at Camp Hale during Alumni Weekend.
Smoking is not allowed in any Camp Hale buildings.
